A beautiful limestone crag on Sasso Bianco, born from an initial exploration by Davide Battilana, Luca Marchetti, Andrea Ferrari, and Davide Mazzucchelli. Then, after a few laps in the woods, Davide Mazzucchelli found the access from above and began bolting on Easter 2023. Thanks to the invaluable help of Angelo Colombi, Silvia Tamborini, Andrea Ferrari, and Sole Mazzucchelli, the ledge was cleared and the current access from the left was equipped, with the construction of a convenient wooden bridge.

60-meter rope and 12 quickdraws, a helmet, and a lanyard for the ledge are recommended.

REPORT

Eastern exposure, with morning sun until 12-1 PM depending on the season.

Approach: 20 minutes from the parking lot.

Access: from Cuveglio, take the road to Duno-San Martino until you reach Vallalta (a large clearing with excellent parking).

Approaching: from Vallalta, follow the mountain bike descent to a cairn. Take the trail to the left and follow it along some rock faces, staying halfway up the hill (a few cairns). After a clearing, you pass beneath a beautiful rock slab. From here, descend to the right into the woods, finding some yellow markers. Follow them to the right until you reach a small rocky step. Then, turn sharply left until you reach a clearing. Climb slightly and follow the trail above a large fallen tree. You will now reach a plain with some large boulders. Shortly after, on the left, you will find the first pitches (Sector Sentiero). From there, a short fixed rope takes you to the Sector Pic Nic. Continuing to the right, following the fixed rope, you will reach the bridge that leads to the ledge.
