Meeting at Pian del Re at 10am, initial briefing with backpack check and start of the trek

First day: 8 km, 900 meters of positive altitude difference and 300 meters of negative altitude difference, actual walking time 4 hours if you respect the average times, to these you must add the breaks that we will take to drink, eat and take some photos. Packed lunch around 12 and dinner at the Sella refuge (half-board price €45 for CAI members, €55 for non-CAI members).

Second day: 14 km, 900 meters of positive altitude difference and 1000 meters of negative altitude difference. After a tasty breakfast at the Sella refuge we will set off to undertake the second extraordinary stage, in which we will go around Monviso from its southern side, and reach the Vallanta refuge (half-board price €44 for members, €55 for non-members).

Third day: 7 km, 800 meters of positive altitude difference and 1200 meters of negative altitude difference. From the Vallanta refuge we will return to Pian del Re, concluding this fantastic and challenging circular tour.
